火烧、甜浆、埋沙馍、油茶麻花……伴随着每个成县人的成长延传发展至今,并遐迩闻名。成县早餐,开启了每个成县人每一天的新生活……下面,就让我们一起赶快来细数那些最经典的成县美味早餐吧!

file:///c:/users/administrator/appdata/roaming/360se6/User%20Data/temp/640_tp=webp.webp.jpg成县牛肉馄饨起源于上世纪八十年代初。色香味俱佳,其特点主要讲究牛肉臊子鲜、味香,汤清而味浓郁,油泼辣椒色红油多,香味鲜美诱人,男女老少皆可食用,在县城有多处分店。
file:///c:/users/administrator/appdata/roaming/360se6/User%20Data/temp/640_tp=webp.webp.jpgfile:///c:/users/administrator/appdata/roaming/360se6/User%20Data/temp/640_tp=webp.webp.jpg把包好的或菜馅或肉馅的包子整齐码放好,上锅加油,放入包子,加上锅盖煎炸,待油被包子吃没后,顺锅边加入开水约半指深,加锅盖蒸。待水干后,再给锅中加少许油,再煎炸片刻后,揭开锅盖,一锅焦黄的香气四溢的炕包便被请了出来,配上香辣的蘸水,那味道真是绝!

馓面饭是冬天里的好吃货,那是因为做起来省事,吃起来暖和。早些年,馓面饭是农村人天天顿顿必吃的主食,就点酸菜就行,没有太多的讲究,现如今馓面饭却成了城里人改顿的美味。
