它的確是一個陀螺儀 ( gyroscope )。內裏藏著一個經精確計算後可自由轉動的黃色飛輪。
別小看它,這個小球運動起來轉速可高達每分鐘 8000

運用的重點是保持手臂持定,只旋動手腕關節部位,而籍由不同的持球姿勢和轉腕方向,可達致鍛練強化從手指至胸部不同部位的肌肉。

手心向下,手臂與身體成 45度半垂手作順、反時針方向轉動手腕可鍛練前臂兩組肌肉﹕

手心向內,抬前臂與身體成 90度如下圖逆時針轉動手腕便可強化 Bye Bye 肉...內臂肱二頭肌 (Biceps)
