Hi Dr.
Wang,
So nice to hear from you! I can't believe I'm already in my
second year of training, wow! Time goes by so
fast. Life is so busy but I am enjoying the
experience very much. Two of my
attendings in Medical Genetics are also neurologists, and they are
so happy with how well you have taught me. I am
always so proud to say "Dr. Wang taught me that!"
if they are praising me for something, like
looking at an MRI. Nobody else taught me those
things except for you.
:) It also
made studying for the neurology portion of USMLE Step 3 so much
easier. Your teaching has
really done wonders for me! I will never forget
it. Maybe I can convince you
and Ju to come to Mayo? Though
all of your patients in Champaign would never forgive me if Mayo
stole you away, haha. It is
true that practicing medicine has become much more difficult, but
you have so many patients who love you and are loyal to
you. I hope I can be that popular and loved in
the future, too!
I am so happy to finally re-submit the manuscript to a different journal. Bonnie gently reminded
me that perhaps it was time to consider moving on since The
Neurologist journal was taking much too
long. So I must give her credit
for the reminder. Hopefully it will finally be
accepted soon! I will keep you posted on any
progress. Thanks again for
writing and please say hi to Ju for me, too!
