Lesson 12 Be Safe on the way教案设计
简单分析:
本届六年级的学生对英语学习兴趣整体有所下降,两极分化比较严重。所以我们应该以学生的发展为宗旨,始终把激发学生的学习兴趣放在首位,注意分层教学,引导学生端正学习态度,掌握良好的学习方法,培养学生良好的学习习惯。Be Safe on the way是一篇故事课, 是Unti2总体复习,所以上好故事课,是对之前知识的一个巩固。
教学目标:
1、知识目标:
(1)复习本单元所学的词汇、标准用语和问答。使学生做到听、说、认、读first,excited,careful,cross,safe等词汇,运用the frist of….,be excited, be waiting for….,watch for….,far from….,look to….等短语,在真实的语境环境中询问和表达日常的出行方式。
(2)对本单元的频率副词进行复习,掌握always,usually, often,
sometimes, never的使用方法和使用环境。
(3)通过运用多媒体等技术,使学生直观的学习如何询问和表达日常出行的方式,达到让学生自然交流,综合运用的目的。能力。
2.学习策略目标: 通过小组间的练习,模拟、创造真实语境,提高英语的表达能力, 使其学英语运用到生活中,以增加英语的实用性。
3、情感态度: 对所进行的英语活动感兴趣,进一步提高学习英语的积极性。
教学重难点:
重点:掌握频率副词、现在进行时、一般现在时的使用。
难点:理解故事大意,在复习部分提前渗透;同时在表演时,鼓励学生运用自己已有的知识,创造性地进行表达。

教学方案:
Step 1. warm-up and reviewing
1、Greeting
--Hello boys and girls,how are you?
--Fine,thanks,and you?
--I’m fine ,thank you .
2、Free talk
--What day is it today?
--What the date today?
--Where are you come from?
--How do you go to school usually?
Ss talk with teacher freely
(设计意图:通过free talk的方式,既复习了先前学到的知识又拉近了与学生的距离,打开了学生的思维,使他们努力思考他们上学方式的英文表达形式,从而自然的引入本课的情景)
Step 2 Learn the story
1、 Leading-in
利用PPT展示不同国家小学生上学的方式和乘坐校车的图片
--Now let’s look at how students go to school in other countries.
出示一组图片展示其他国家孩子坐校车、走路、自行车上学的图片
--These picture tell us how the children go to school in other countries..
--By shool bus,walk and by bike.
出示下一组图片展示日本、韩国、加拿大三个国家的校车
-These is different country’s shool bus.which do you like?
让同学们说一说,引出本课的内容
-- there are four new friends, let’s get to know them
出示四个同学的图片,分别介绍一下
2、Introduce
--Today is the frist day of school,they are meeting at the bus stop,let’s see what happened at the way go to school.
--please listen to the tape then judg T or F
1、They are very happy on the first day of school ( )
2、Oba is from this city ( )
3、Al is sometimes very careful while waiting for the bus ( )
4、Sam is always look to the left and to the right befor he cross the street ( )
5、Neva never says much ( )
(同学们的听完对话后,请同学们判断以上四个问题的对错,在回答问题的同时,让学生更加了解这四个人物)

Step3: Post-reading
1. Retell the story
-- How many new friends meet at the bus stop?what are these name?
--Four,two boys and two girls.These name are Sam,AL,Oba and Neva.
-- Where do sudents be safe at the way go to school.
出示图片3、4、5、6、7、8
-- Can you put the pictures in the right places?





--: Please talk about the pictures. Such as:when we waite for the bus, we always watch for cars and bikes and plays far from the street.
--Befor we cross the street , we oftent looks to the left and to the right.
-- when we sit on the bus, We usually wear our seat belts.
( 设计思路:让学生整理板书,对故事情节进行梳理后按示例复述课文。)
2. Imitate and practice
逐句跟读录音并模仿人物的语气,然后展示。

( 设计思路:模仿朗读训练能让学生充分体会故事人物的情感,同时也为后面 的表演做铺垫。)
3. Role play
1、act out the story in groups of three.

2、Show time.

( 设计思路:表演环节各小组表演不同的故事情节,先组内排练,再上台展示, 提升对语言知识的掌握程度和运用能力。)
4. Discuss the story
1、Do you know how to be safe on the street?
2、 What have you learned from this story?
Step 4: Class Closing

Homework

Read the story with emotion. ( 必做 )
Tell the story to your parents IN ENGLISH. ( 选做 )
课后反思:故事课是在教师的引导下,使学生理解课文并能复述课文,增加学生对英语学习的兴趣,激发学生表演的欲望,作为英语老师一定要把握好课堂节奏,既要讲到重点,又要让学生练到口语,做到这两点是需要教师在课前做一定的工作的。
