做法:
1、打散的蛋黄中加入色拉油,充分拌均匀

5、蛋白打至粗泡,分三次加入细砂糖,打发至近干性发泡

6、取1/3蛋白霜加入到蛋黄糊中,用刮刀上下翻拌均匀

7、倒回剩余的蛋白霜中上下翻拌均匀

8、倒入模具中,轻震几下,去掉大气泡

9、入预热170度的烤箱,下层,上下火,45分钟左右,表面上色后加盖锡纸,出炉立即倒扣,放凉脱膜
