每篇文章（大都段落也是如斯）都有：
一个主题（topic）；
对于该主题的主题思念或核心思惟(main idea)；
说明或“证实”该主题思维的细节（details）.
1、文章主题
主题是文章要探讨的话题。
高考 考查文章主题的频率相称高。考查文章主题的题目，问的是短文的话题、论题，也就是topic。短文的话题每每是由单词或词组\短语抒发， 这个单词或词组 \短语 可以看成文章的标题使用。上面是一些例子：
Sharks ―The facts(沙鱼的本相)；
The youngest software tester （最年轻的硬件实验者）；
Loses and inputs of water in the human body( 人体水份的摄取量和耗费量)；
