田其斌，男，1954年2月出生于山东淄川锦川河畔。1971年就业到黑旺煤矿，后调入到公安系统工作，任职多年。自幼爱书法艺术，尤擅行草。多年参加省、市、区级书法展览并有作品获奖。作品《滚滚长江东逝水》深得业内人士好评，被国务院贵宾司、沈阳故宫博物院等单位收藏。系中国书法艺术家协会会员。
