王建 | 珠海园区

从湖北踏上前往珠海的火车，在伟创力开始人生第一份工作，这一幕幕场景就像是昨天发生的一样。当年的我才19岁，年轻无惧，憧憬着在伟创力开始我的职业生涯。

从操作员开始、一路不断成长，晋升为助理员、叉车司机、领班、高级领班；到现在，我已经是一个仓库主管，管理超过80个员工。

这么多年来，公司一直为我提供培训及发展的机会，包括叉车司机培训（特种设备作业证）、专业管理培训等；不仅如此，得益于公司的支持，我还在周末修读对外经贸大学的物流管理课程。我很感激公司给我这么多的机会，让我在这里不断地发展。

当然有时候也感觉累，但这里的文化有种家一般的感觉，同事待我如家人，总是非常友善，给我鼓励。每当想起有这样的伟创力大家庭在背后作为自己坚实的后盾，我就特别心安，能量满满。

伟创力也的确是我真正的家。我在这里认识了我的伴侣。我们结了婚，有可爱的儿子，还有自己的房子和车。

即使现在，有人问我为什么不愿意离开伟创力？我总是笑着说：“为什么要走？伟创力就是我的家，我离不开这个家！”

很难相信一眨眼就已经十年了。回想起来，我总是庆幸自己当年踏上了来这里的火车。这是我年少时做得最好的决定。

Today, we are launching our #MeetOurFlexFamily series starting with John Wong’s journey at Flex - the first of many stories to come.

John Wong | Zhuhai Campus

It feels like it was just yesterday that I stepped onto the train from Hubei to Zhuhaito pursue my first job at Flex. I was only 19 years old at that time – young and excited. Fearless and ready to take on the world and start my career.

I started as a line operator, and moved my way up to become an assistant line leader, forklift driver, line leader, and senior line leader… Currently, my position is Warehouse Supervisor (managing over 80 employees).

Over the years, Flex has continuously provided me with training & development opportunities in support of my career growth, including forklift driver qualification training, professional and managerial skills training. I also attended the Logistics Management education courses in Institute of International Business and Economics, Zhuhai on weekends – sponsored by Flex. Iam very grateful for the career growth opportunities and doors that have beenopened to me internally within Flex to climb the corporate ladder.

It does get exhausting at times, but we embrace an open-door culture and everyone is like afamily to me – so warm, friendly and motivating - and that really makes a whole lot of difference to your level of energy and knowing that your Flex family cares for you.

Flex is truly my family; I was lucky enough to meet my better half here. We got marriedand we have a son. We also have our own house and car.

Even though people still ask me today why do I not want to move from Flex – I just smileand answer, “Why should I? I am already home as Flex is my family.”

It is hard to believe that 10 years have passed. Thinking back, I am glad I stepped onto that train 10 years ago. It was the best decision I made as a teenager and have not looked back since.
