新快报讯 顶着全球第二大“代工厂”光环的伟创力,正在努力成为智能产品“概念到规模”全周期解决方案提供商。上周,新快报记者走访伟创力珠海工业园,近距离体验智能化生产系统。伟创力珠海总经理吴劲松对记者表示:“以往大家关注的是代工企业的成本是否有竞争力,而增值服务这部分关注的不多,这正是伟创力的机会。”

这是一个全新的智能制造时代,它正在改变工厂的运作模式。用自动化解决方案代替重复性的人力作业,是伟创力转型的途径之一。在多个生产车间,记者看到了名为UBB(UniVersalBox Build AutoMATion System)的全自动化高科技生产线,通过智能传感器、执行器和摄像头等联通“物联网”,开创全自动化生产系统。

 “机器换人”通常被解读为应对中国人力成本提升,但吴劲松认为在伟创力这种替换更在于“确保产品品质的提升”。与其他自动化设备不同的是,UBB能够提供实时视频和数据流,支持工程师和客户远程分析数据,同时,其兼具收集和分析数据的能力,员工甚至可以通过智能手机上的App监测查看生产进度。

伟创力在生产过程上的优势已经成为智能产业的重要合作伙伴,目前在全球的可穿戴设备市场,近75%的可穿戴产品由伟创力代工生产。

Flex is transforming into a “sketch to scale” solutionsprovider for smart devices. The UBB is a fully-automated, state-of-the-art equipment outfitted withInternet of Things (IoT) connectivity via smart sensors, actuators and cameras.

“Replacing manpower with robots” is usually interpreted asresolving the problem of increasing labor cost in China; however, Tony Wu saysthat robotics is used at Flex to “ensure and improve product quality”. A keydifferentiator that sets the UBB apart from other automated equipment is thatit offers real-time video and data streaming that enables engineers andcustomers to remotely analyze data. In addition to collecting and analyzingdata, the UBB also allows employees to monitor manufacturing processes viamobile Apps.

Flex’s advantages in automated manufacturing process hasmade the company a very important partner in the smart manufacturing industry.At present, almost 75% of wearables in global market are manufactured by Flex.
