Process Engineering Manager

Job Descriptions:

• Establish and improve process capabilities

• Develop and maintain process documentation

Equipment Engineering Manager

Job Descriptions:

• To develop and implement effective maintenance program and produce engineering solutions with regards to equipment problems

• To drive equipment, productivity and quality improvement as well as wastage control

• To initiate in facility maintenance outsource and vendor selection

• To involve in equipment selection and maintenance

• To initiate the general plant wide housekeeping and facility maintenance

• To assist the Superior to liaise with vendors on troubleshooting of equipment problem and performance upgrading

• To oversee and manage other related engineering operating activities

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Mechatronics / Industrial Engineering

• Possess minimum 7 years in PCBA manufacturing environment with 3 years in managerial supervisory capacity.

Test Engineering Manager

Principle Accountabilities:

• Directs and/or coordinates electronic engineering and/ortechnical personnel in fabrication and design of testing and test controlapparatus and equipment, or software and systems testing.

• Directs and coordinates electronic engineering activitiesconcerned with development, procurement, installation and calibration ofinstruments, equipment and control devices required to test, telemeter andrecord test data.

• Determines conditions under which tests are to be conductedand sequences and phases of test operations.

• Interfaces and confers with scientific, engineering andtechnical personnel to resolve testing problems such as product or systemmalfunctions, incomplete test data, data interpretation or coding issues.

• Analyzes and interprets test data and prepares technicalreports for use by electronic or software engineering, and managementpersonnel.

• Develops or uses computer software and hardware to conducttests on electronic products and systems or software.

• Trains and instructs floor support, test technicians andtest operators on test hardware and/or software, as well as proper problemsolving techniques.

• Resolves test yield problems by performing analysis of rootcauses, developing and coordinating corrective action measures and monitoringimprovements.

Requirement :

• Typically requires 7 years of engineering experienceincluding supervision.

Job Description

• Responsiblefor new product implementation and ensuring that it will satisfied customers.
  

• Prepares thecost estimates and the budget for the NPI projects.
  

• Keep updateswith production of new products from project planning to production.
  

• Ensure thatproduct schedules are followed during its development.
  

• Work closelywith other department from Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Logistics,Planning and others.
  

• Work withother team who are involved in product development.

Test Engineer

Job Description

• Review the daily routine job tasks with the Test EA anddrive Test EA to get the daily routine jobs in the place according the customeras well as department requirement and expectation

• Active all customer requested EE control runs and publishresults accordingly.

• Fully in charge of any big rework and re-flashing carriedout due to product issues.

• Work with IPMO engineer and fulfill their requirementaccording especially for Test / FW/ EE product issues.

• Prepare Engineering Documentation for all the evaluationdone for test / product issues.

• Update the issues tracking file, which tracks test / EEissues such as new FW roll in, new test script and etc.

• Deep engineering analysis on any test / EE issues seenduring NPI and feedback to customer for improvement.

• Prepare the first copy of Test Procedures.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Electronics Engineering

• Minimum 5 year working experience in similar capacity

• Experienced in Solar industry is an added advantage.

• Preferably Senior Engineers specializing in Engineering -Others or equivalent.

Quality Engineer

Principle Accountabilities:

• Devises sampling procedures and designs and develops forms and instructions for recording, evaluating and reporting quality and reliability data.

• Develops and implements methods and procedures for disposition of discrepant material and devises methods to assess cost and responsibility.

• Supports Product Engineers and Quality Program Manager with customer interfaces as necessary on quality related issues, to initiates corrective action as needed.

• Assists with development and implementation of quality audits.

• Responsible for developing, applying, revising and maintaining quality standards for processing materials into partially finished or finished products.

• Designs and implements methods and procedures for inspecting, testing and evaluating the precision and accuracy of products and/or production equipment.

• Establishes program to evaluate precision and accuracy of production equipment and testing, measurement and analytical equipment and facilities.

• Approves product, process and equipment qualifications.

Requirements:

• Degree in Electronics Engineering

• Minimum 6 year working experience in similar capacity

• Experienced in Solar industry.

• Preferably Senior Engineers specializing in Quality - Othersor equivalent.
