介词复习

知识目标:通过操练、点评、专项练习等方式复习介词的常用介词用法及常用搭配及用法。

语法重点:掌握介词与名词、动词、形容词等常用搭配及用法。

难点突破:动词与介词的常用搭配

复习步骤设计

(一)词汇复习 Revision of the words and phrases learnt in the book.(根据备课组的课标词汇表顺序进行听写检查)

(二)对话操练 Dialogue Acting—ask Ss to act out some dialogues about what do you usually do on Sundays/in the evening? (此环节也可以采取学生达标积分制进行,即复习阶段课前对话必须人人参与)

(三)语法复习介词

1.介词的含义,

介词(虚词),不能在句子中独立充当成分。它总是用于名词、代词、或相当于名词的其它词类或短语活从句前。

中考需要掌握的11个介词:inonattofrombywithforaboutafterbefore

常用介词的用法辨析

1.表时间的介词

1)atinon

表示时间点用at。例如:at five o'clockat noonat midnight

表示在某个世纪,某年,某月,某个季节以及早晨,上午,下午, 晚上时,用in。例如:in the twentieth centuryin 2007in Mayin winterin the morningin the afternoon等。

表示具体的某一天和某一天的上午,下午,晚上时,用on。例如:on Tuesdayon August 1ston Sunday morningon the night of  December 13th , on a rainy afternoon等。

2) sinceafter

sinceafter引导的词组都可表示从过去某一点开始的时段,但since词组表示的时段一直延续到说话的时刻,常与现在完成时连用。而after词组表示在过去的一段时间之后,与一般过去时连用。例如:

I haven't heard from him since last summer

After five days the boy got back

3) inafter

in与将来时态连用时,表示过多长时间以后的意思,后面跟表示一段时间的词语。after与将来时态连用时,后面只能跟表示时间点的词语。after与过去时态连用时,后面才能跟表示一段时间的词语。例如:

He will be back in two months

He will arrive after four o'clock

He returned after a month

在表时间时,下列情况下一般不用介词。词组里有:next, last, this, that, tomorrow, yesterday, one, every, all 以及the day before yesterdaythe day after tomorrow 前不用介词 如:

不能说 in tomorrow ,只能说tomorrow (在明天)

2.表示地点的介词

1)atinon

at一般指小地方;in一般指大地方或某个范围之内;on往往表示在某个物体的表面例如:

He arrived in London yesterday

They arrived at a small town before dark

There is a big hole in the wall

The teacher put up a picture 0n the wall

2)overaboveon

overonabove都可表示……上面,但具体含义不同。

over表示位置高于某物,在某物的正上方,其反义词是under

above也表示位置高于某物,但不一定在正上方,其反义词是 below

on指两个物体表面接触,一个在另一的上面。例如:

There is a bridge over the river

We flew above the clouds

They put some flowers on the teacher's desk

3)acrossthrough

acrossthrough均可表示: 从这一边到另一边,但用法不同。across的含义与on有关,表示动作在某一物体的表面进行。through的含义与in有关,表示动作是在三维空间进行 例如:

The dog ran across the gate.

They walked through the forest.

4)in front ofin the front of

in front of表示在某人或某物的前面,在某个范围以外in the front of表示……的前部,在某个范围以内。

例如:

The driver in the front of the car suddenly saw a lady in front of the car

5) between, among(表位置)

  between仅用于二者之间,但说三者或三者以上中的每两个之间的相互关系时,也用between,

I'm sitting between Tom and Alice.

The village lies between three hills.

  among用于三者或三者以上之间。如:

He is the best among the students.

6) in the tree, on the tree

  in the tree指动物或人在树上,而on the tree指果实、树叶长在树上

7) on the way, in the way, by the way, in this way

on the way指在路上in the way指挡道by the way指顺便问一句in this way用这样的方法 

8) in the morning, on the morning

  in the morning是一般说法on the morning特指某一天的早晨morning 后面常有of …

10) by bus, on the bus

by bus是一般说法on the bus特指乘某一辆车

3.表示方式的介词

by, in, on/over, with “

用交通工具 by plane

用语言 in English

通过媒介 on /over the telephone, on /over the radio, on TV

用工具手段 with a pen, with one’s hands

4.介词的固定搭配

介词往往同其他词类形成了固定搭配关系,记住这种固定搭配关系,才能正确使用介词。

1.介词与动词的搭配

2.介词与名词的搭配

on timein timeby buson footwith pleasure, on one's way toin troubleat breakfastat the end ofin the end等。

3. 介词与形容词的搭配:

be afraid of,(害怕)

be angry with (生某人的气)

be away from (不在某地) 

be different from (与不同)

be good at (善于) 

be good/ bad for (有益/有害)

be interested in (对感兴趣) 

be late for (迟到)

be/get ready for (为作好准备)

be sure of (有把握)

be worried about (为感到担忧)
