38年前的西昌破乱不堪入目，如今是昔非今比。路过西昌几次都没去邛海,这是2012年6月初路过西昌，下着大雨，还是执意去看看邛海，在车上等着大雨转为小雨，抓紧时间草草溜了一段湿地公园，修建的很好。遗憾，下雨没有拍到好片。
