This phrase “Culture Shock” means that:  the impact you may feel when you enter a culture is different from what you are accustomed to.

    Culture shock - 进入一个自己不熟悉的文化内，所感受到的文化冲击和震撼       

All of us experience a certain level of  “culture shock” when we visit a new place or a new country.

    当我们到一个新地方新国家时，都会有某种 程度的文化冲击

I think we all go through various stages of culture shock:

    马可想到人们在文化冲击中会经历的一些阶段

At first, it is excited and feels very positive about the new culture.

    刚接触时，一个人会感到兴奋，对新文化很肯定

As time goes by and experience of the culture, you start to feel how really different and frustrating things can be.

    过了一段时间后，一个人开始感受到事物的不同，也觉得有挫折感

It takes time. There is an adjustment time. Eventually, one feels more settled, and is more confident in dealing with the new culture.

    之后，就是适应期。一个人觉得比较安定了，对接受新文化也有信心

Finally, that tranplanted person enjoys being in the new culture, taking on some of the behavior and culture that makes one feel 'at home' in the new place.

    最后，那个人享受新的文化，学习了新文化的风俗，也在新地方觉得自在了
