2.Get your rain gear ready before it rains and dig a well before there's a flood.
（3）与肩挑贸易毋占便宜，
与贫苦亲邻须加温恤。
Don't try to get what you don't deserve on business. And show your mercy on the poor natives or ralatives.
（4）居家戒争讼，讼则终凶；
处世戒多言，言多必失。
Don't argue too much with others in daliy life, for there will never be good results. Don't say too much, for it is excellent to keep everything right.
（5）勿恃势力而凌逼孤寡；
勿贪口腹而恣杀生禽。
Never use your superior strength and power ro bully the weak. Don't unscrupulously kill animals becuse of your wicked appetite.
（6）乖僻自是，悔悟必多；
颓惰自甘，家道难成。
Always considering yourself right leads to great regret. Abandoning yourself to vice leads to failure in career and family.
（7）施惠无念；受恩莫忘。
Don't care giving others kindness and never forget it when receiving kindness from them.
（8）凡事当留余地，
得意不宜再往。
Always leave a way for everything, and don't greedily ask for more when you have enough.
（9）人有喜庆，不可生忌妒心；
人有祸患，不可生喜幸心。
Never envy others' fortune or take pleasure from others' misfortune .
（10）善欲人见，不是真善；
恶恐人知，便是大恶。
A kind man doesn't show off his kindness,while a bad man doesn't admit his fault and evil.
