not exactly: used for saying that something someone says is not completely right (用于纠正某人说过的话) 并非如此;不完全是这样 《麦克米伦高阶英汉双解词典》
“You’re leaving, aren’t you?”

not really: used for saying “no” without being very definite.事实上没有;不全是《麦克米伦高阶英汉双解词典》
