烈日炎炎头伏天遛弯出汗浑身黏

好在今个连阴天天降雨点蹦蹦跶

至此赶快回家转空调太凉开风扇

人老莫要太贪凉伏天还要多吃面

煮熟面条过凉水茄丁肉丁打卤面

吃罢凉面喝面汤原汤化食胃舒坦

古稀之后断崖老时刻小心顺自然

每天能看日出落感谢上苍照顾俺

每天美景有差别美在差别美翻翻

美景时时留心里睡觉心里都香甜
