睁眼抬腿到处转
森林公园听鸟唱
走路正步一二三
时而嘴里哼小曲
时而铜头和花脸
时而青衣和老旦
时而吼嗨瞎叫喊
时而踢腿又劈叉
时而蹲裆又冲拳
有意锻炼肺活量
人老腿老踮脚尖
提肛拉筋甩甩手
意守丹田排杂念
一切清零古稀乐
逍遥自在每一天
