Liu Sanjie - A Fearless Folk Song Singer
Liu Sanjie (The Third Sister of the LIu Family) was an outstanding folk song singer of the Zhuang nationality in the tang Dynasty and was praised as " Song Fairy " and " Queen of Song ". She is highly respected as a singing immortal for her praise of life and the promotion of justice through beautiful songs. Liuhe Village on the Xiajianhe river in Yizhou preofesses to be her birthplace.
The story of Liu Sanjie became known throughout the country thanks to an eponymic movie, produced in color in 1961. An instant hit, the movie also helped spread the story to the entire Southeast Asian.

Liuhe Village: Home of famous singer Liu Sanjie, is located beside the Xiajianhe River. All the spots in the village such as the Singing Stage, Biandan Hill, Shoujin Cliff, Dingqing(love) Tree, Mo's Village, Tongpan Hill and Liyu(Carp) Rock, are related to the stories about Liu Sanjie. There in the village, the ancient-style houses, in which Liu Sanjie, Brother A'Niu and Jin Mei formerly live, are well preserved. Tourist can take part in ethnic activities like singing folk songs, listening to Caidiao Drama, carrying bride, throwing Embroidary Ball and easting local food. Xiajianhe River; A river of songs, is closely related to Liu Sanjie, Liu sangjie's singing was sweet and charming thanks to the Xiajianhe River, while the Xiajianhe River is well known thanks to Liu Sanjie.
