摘要

  SolidWorks是一款简单实用的三维软件,SolidWorks创作过程包含三维与二维交替的过程,该软件成功的处理了创作过程中存在多重关联性,使得设计过程顺畅、简单及准确。常规工艺卡片的工序工艺图一般为其幅面(通常为A4)的1/4或更小,以手工设计绘图→描图→晒图,既费时费力又难以表达清楚,这一直是工艺工程制图的一个棘手难题。本文找到了一种应用SolidWorks设计机械工序工艺图的新方法,成功地解决了机械工序工艺图绘制困难费时费力又难以表达清楚的问题,取得了很好的效果,各工序之间得到较好的贯穿,将整个工艺规程立体化。

Abstract :SolidWorks is a section simple practical three dimensional software, the SolidWorks creation process contains three dimensional and the two-dimensional in turn process, this software succeeds in the processing creation process has had the multiple connection, causes the design process smooth, simple and is accurate. This article found one kind to design the mechanical working procedure craft chart using SolidWorks the new method, successfully solved the mechanical working procedure craft chart plan difficult time-consuming to take the trouble to express the clear question with difficulty, has obtained the very good effect, between various working procedures obtained better passing through, was direct-viewing the entire technological process.
