Ichiban Boshi

 

Having not eaten Jap food for a long time, I was craving some negitoro don again from my favourite mid priced restaurant Ichiban Boshi at Great World City. Negitoro isn't on the menu, and normally I would ask the older, more experienced staff to order from the kitchen. But today, I'm happy I took the road not yet travelled.

 

Ichiban is offering a new Chef recommended set ($24.95) of sushi that includes the perennial favourite, the seared otoro, seared salmon belly with a generous dollop of mayonnaise, fresh squid, horse mackeral (which tasted kinda metallic, uni, and a few others that I can't really remember. The set also came with a clear soup with tofu and seaweed.

 

So. delish. I wish I could eat Japanese food everyday.

Ichiban Boshi (新加坡的一家日本料理餐馆)

 

好久没吃日本料理了,最近一直很想去位于世界城(Great World City)的中等价位餐馆Ichiban Boshi吃那里的碎生鱼盖饭。碎生鱼盖饭没有在菜单上,通常我会请有经验的老员工直接去厨房点餐。但今天,我很开心进行了一个全新的尝试。

 

Ichiban新推出了一款厨师推荐的寿司套餐(24.95新币),包括我一直最爱吃的烤金枪鱼腹、涂有一大块蛋黄酱的烤三文鱼腹,新鲜鱿鱼,马鲛鱼(吃起来有点腥),鱼泥,还有些别的东西我记不清了。套餐还包括一碗海带豆腐清汤。

 

太~好~吃~了!真希望每天都能吃日本料理!
