3.      Do you know any Chinese movies or novels about war? What are they? What are the writers?

4.      Was China involved in any international conflicts during the last century? What were they?

5.      How do Chinese people remember those who died in war?

6.      How many international conflicts are there in the world today? Which countries are involved?

Section Two   Please have a group discussion on the following topic:

 Chinese people have born the complex attitudes towards Japan. On the one hand, Chinese people cannot forget “Japan’s invasion” and “Nanking massacre”, which hurt Chinese people’s feeling deeply. On the other hand, we have to admit our reliance on Japan’s economy. Even Japanese animation and Japanese fashion have affected Chinese young generation for a long time. So, what is your opinion about that?
