罗曼尔酒庄建于1979年，并于1988年由埃菲尔家族收购。埃菲尔家族有着代代相传的酿酒传统，自2001年以来，这个家族的传统便由他的女儿安妮·埃菲尔- 斯波尔斯继承，并且发扬光大。

自1988年艾菲尔家族接管酒庄以来，目标便是为德国广大的客户群体提供优质的，品种丰富的葡萄酒。我们酿造的葡萄酒，有选自世界著名的葡萄酒产区，摩泽尔河边最优质的雷司令，也有选自德国和欧洲的其它葡萄酒产区的葡萄酿造的葡萄酒。 

起初酒庄的出口市场仅限于德国和美国，其他欧洲国家和南美其次。在过去几年中，该酒庄酒品已成功地进入东欧，北欧和亚洲市场。

通过我们与葡萄酒种植者的紧密合作，我们可以从葡萄酒酿造的最初阶段控制葡萄酒的品质，从葡萄园开始。我们的目标是酿造最杰出的葡萄酒，以满足客户的需求。

品鉴记录：

    生产德国高品质的雷司令葡萄酒不仅仅是一门科学，它更是一种艺术形式，要求过硬的技术与酿酒师的激情相结合。这款雪茵雷司令白葡萄酒拥有明亮的柠檬黄色泽，味微甜，口味清新，有青苹果，梨和桃子的香味。最好是冰镇饮用，可以作为餐前酒或者与辛辣的亚洲美食搭配享用。

History：

Römerhof Weinkellerei GmbH was founded in 1979 and was acquired by estate owner Heinz Eifel in 1988. His family has been involved in viniculture over many generations. This family tradition is now being continued by his daughter Anne Eifel-Spohr who has been active in the company since 2001. 

The driver for the 1988 take-over was our ambition to serve a broader customer base and to offer our product range Germany wide. Beside top-quality Riesling wines from the estate´s world famous vineyard sites on the Mosel, it was now possible to add a selection of wines from other German and European wine growing regions. 

At the time of it´s foundation the company´s export markets were restricted to Germany and the US. Other European countries and South America followed. Over the last years, the company successfully managed to enter the Eastern European, the Scandinavian and Asian markets.

Philosophy：

We set a great store on offering a comprehensive product range of solid quality wines from German winegrowing regions to top-quality estate-bottled wines from the Mosel. This enables us to meet virtually all customer wishes. Whilst meeting these wishes we never lose our respect for and strong commitment to the natural character of our product. 
Through our close collaboration with winegrowers we are able to influence wine quality from the early stages of winemaking, starting in the vineyard. Our aim is to deliver outstanding wines in order to meet the highest customer requirements.

Tasting：

The production of German high level Riesling wines is more than just a science.Shine Riesling is slightly sweet ,which bright,crisp flavors of green apple,pear and peach. It’s best served chilled,and can be enjoyed before a meal or with spicier Asian cuisine.
