今天，儿子的全英文小说集To Be Continued… 《未完，待续…》正式出版了！它选取了儿子8~12岁（主要是后期）的10篇英文小说，约10万字。

   这本书的名字不像《英语，儿子“教”我学》那么难产（想了大半年，名字一箩筐，却始终不满意，最后还是责编一天早上灵光乍现想出来的），因为儿子习惯在他每篇没有结尾的小说最后都要写上to be continued（未完待续），所以信手拈来就起了这个书名。

    回味起来觉得很不错，毕竟儿子才12岁，他的成长一定是在未完待续中。儿子在前言中这样解释：一方面读者可以续写；另一方面意味着他还将继续写下去。Few of my stories in this book have endings. Even those with endings are sort of unfinished. This is why I named my first book To Be Continued. These stories can all be continued and I wouldn’t mind if my readers continue them. I don’t expect that my stories would have great impact on my readers, but I do hope that even though my stories don’t have endings as they should, they still carry some information far more important than an ending. That is … I will continue to write more books!

    今天又晚又累了，先简单地写几句留住今天这个特殊的日子。这本书还将引发更多的故事。
