记得那天读了一个微博，说大学同班们特别爱听Carpenter的歌Yesterday Once More（昨日重现）。 但直到临近毕业，学习特好的一位同学终于忍不住问，Yesterday One Small是什么意思（哈哈，是断音断错了，所以没法理解意思，难怪要纠结！但真容易混淆，特别是L这个音）。

    想起这逗事儿，是因为现在我正在和儿子一起写书，需要用到他2008年在英国那半年的时间和英国小学的班主任以及校长的合影照片，所以我写邮件和他们确认是否可以用。大概有两年没有和他们联系了，当收到他们热情洋溢的回信时，四年前的那段岁月不禁Yesterday Once More了。和大家分享。

      来自当时的校长Mr. Maxwell的回复：

What a wonderful surprise this morning to hear from you. Of course I haven't forgotten either yourself or Eddie. In fact, I was just thinking about you this week. I am so proud that you have a budding author in your family. I will always remember that Eddie came to us with such a passion to learn and a thirst for knowledge and a determination to use the English language. I wish I could have bottled that enthusiasm and given it to all our children in the school.
Now of course you have my permission to use whatever photographs you have to help the book be successful. How exciting for you both. You must be a very proud mother.

 I would be honoured if you could use the attached photos - I am just sorry that I don't take a better photo!  I am so proud of Eddie and how much he has achieved and a copy of the book would be great.
