安琪酵母扩大产能以满足饲料酵母需求

INTERVIEW: China’s Angel Yeast to Increase Capacity in Response Growth in Feed Yeast Demand

    2012年4月18日报道：亚洲最大的酵母制造商——安琪酵母正进一步扩展动物营养事业，新的酵母源生物饲料生产线将于2012年5月在中国宜昌建成投产。

    该生产线专门用于复合生物饲料类产品，年产能为8000吨，建成投产后将进一步巩固安琪酵母在中国酵母源生物饲料行业的领导地位。

    中国饲料工业协会常务理事、安琪酵母董事长俞学锋先生接受Feedinfo News Service 专访时说：为了满足消费者对安全、营养、健康动物蛋白产品的新需求，公司将其在食用酵母领域的先进技术应用到了动物营养领域，开发出了一系列饲用酵母产品应用于动物养殖领域。

    食品安全问题仍然是消费者现在关注的主要问题，抗生素的使用也将受到严格限制，酵母源生物饲料拥有十分广阔的市场前景。

   “我们将大力推广酵母源生物饲料，促进动物养殖业的技术进步，满足消费者对安全、营养、健康产品的需要。”安琪酵母公司董事长俞学锋说。

    安琪酵母是专业从事酵母类产品研发、推广和提供相关技术服务的全球知名酵母公司。2002年，安琪酵母进入动物营养领域，创建了“福邦”品牌。经过十年的发展，安琪开发的“福邦”自溶酵母、硒酵母以及酵母多糖等系列产品，受到越来越多的、希望减少使用抗生素的国内外知名企业的亲睐，畅销中国各地，并通过全球化市场网络远销海外。

    安琪公司的福邦产品主要由3个工厂生产，能够保证持续稳定的产品供应。

    2012年5月1日，旨在加强质量和安全监管的饲料产品质量管理条例将实施。俞学锋认为，新条例将会推动福邦产品的发展。

   “新条例的实施将为酵母源生物饲料等安全、营养健康的饲料产品，带来新的、更大的市场发展机遇。”俞学锋如是说。

    作为一种天然的功能性动物饲料，酵母有助于维持动物胃肠道菌群平衡，促进动物消化。

    该公司通过生物发酵生产的酵母硒，能为动物提供安全高效的有机硒营养，减少无机硒使用对环境的污染；同时，福邦可溶性酵母细胞壁产品能帮助提高动物免疫力，减少动物疾病的发生以及抗生素的用量；另外，该公司生产的酵母水解物，能为幼龄动物提供生长所必需的核酸类物质，促进动物免疫系统和肠绒毛的发育。

安琪酵母动物营养产品包括：“福邦”牌可溶性酵母细胞壁，自溶酵母，酵母葡聚糖，甘露寡糖，霉菌毒素吸附剂，饲用高活性干酵母（反刍专用），芽孢杆菌，酵母细胞壁，饲用高活性干酵母以及酵母硒。

China's Angel Yeast to Increase Capacity in Response to Growth in Feed Yeast Demand

    18 April 2012 - Asia's largest yeast manufacturer Angel Yeast Co. Ltd. is expanding its animal nutrition operations and, as of May 2012, will increase its production capacity for feed yeast with the opening of a new manufacturing line dedicated to the production of feed yeast products at its facility in Yichang, China

    With an annual production capacity of 8,000 tons, the Yichang line is expected to help Angel Yeast to strengthen its position as leading supplier of yeast source feed in China.

   Talking to Feedinfo News Service, Mr. Yu Xuefeng, the executive director of China Feed Industry Association, and President of Angel Yeast, said that his company initially decided to extend its food yeast knowhow to animal nutrition in order to cater for the rising demand for yeast products from the livestock industry, which is increasingly seeking to satisfy the consumer’s desire for safe, nutritional and healthy animal protein products.

Angel Yeast believes that yeast source bio-feeds have a bright future ahead as food safety remains a major concern for consumers, while the use of antibiotics is being restricted.

    "We should push ahead with the application of yeast sourced bio-feeds vigorously to improve the technological development and satisfy the consumer’s demand for safe, nutritional and healthy products”, said Angel Yeast’s President.

    In 2002, Angel Yeast established its "Fubon" animal nutrition product range of yeast source bio-feeds. And, for the past decade, the company has developed a series of products to meet demand in this area. The Fubon range is manufactured in 3 of Angel Yeast's Chinese plants, which enables the company to avoid any supply risks. Fubon products are now sold across China and in via Angel Yeast's global network.

Yu Xuefeng said that over the years his company has noticed that more and more feed products originate from yeast.

    The company’s own offerings include Fubon autolyzed yeast, selenium yeast, or even yeast polysaccharides, which are increasingly used by foreign and domestic companies wanting to reduce antibiotic applications.

    Yu Xuefeng went on to say that Angel Yeast is also optimistic for the future usage of its Fubon range given that China's approach to feed quality will make a positive step forward on 1 May 2012.

    At this time the government's novel management regulations for feed and feed additives will be implemented. These aim to strengthen the management for quality and safety of feed and feed additives in China.

    "The implementation of the new regulations will bring greater market development opportunities to safe, nutritional and health feed products, such as yeast source bio-feeds", added Yu Xuefeng.

    Angel Yeast argues that yeast, as a natural functional animal feed, can improve the balance of the animal's gastrointestinal tract and increase digestibility.

     Its selenium-enriched yeast produced by bio-fermentation is seen to be as safe and efficient as organic selenium resources and can reduce the environmental pollution of inorganic selenium. Meanwhile, its Fubon soluble yeast cell wall product can help enhance immunity and decrease animal disease occurrence and antibiotic applications. Finally, the company's autolyzed yeast is rich in essential nucleotides for young animal growth that can promote the development of animal immune system and intestinal villus.
