送给妈妈的礼物

  A gift to Mum

  老师布置了一个特别的家庭作业，要我们每个人都亲手做个礼物送给妈妈。

  我想了想，那就给忙碌的妈妈做个蛋炒饭，作为礼物送给她哦。马上行动，冲进厨房准备我的礼物了哦。

  Our teacher left us a  special homework to do. She required  we should do a gift to Mum by ourselives. I decide to cook a fired-ege rice as my gift to her.

  Then ,I rush into the kitchen to prepare the gift.

  第一步，打开米箱，取出适量的大米，开始做饭。

  The first step, open the rice box and drop out some rice for cooking.

  将米倒入锅中，淘洗3遍。

  Then put the rice into cooker,and wash it 3 times.

  把洗好的大米放入电饭煲。

  Put the cleaned rice into the electronic cooker.

 选择好快煮功能，并启动。

 Choice quick cook button,and start.

  从冰箱取出要做的原料----两只鸡蛋和一小戳葱。

  Take out the material two eggs and some shallot from the refrigeratory.

   小心地切好葱。

   Cut the shallot carefully.

  打鸡蛋并快速搅动。

  Break the egges and mix them quickly.

  嘿嘿，窗边的郁金香也在给我加油呢。

  Heihei,the tulip is cheering for me.

   锅热后倒入橄榄油，油热之后，倒入葱和打好的鸡蛋。

   Pour some olive oil into the hot pan ,then spill shallot the eggs into it.

  好紧张啊，脱去外套重新投入战斗，再多切点葱。

  What a aboil fighting! take off the coat and refighting. Cut more shallot.

 将煮好的米饭倒入锅中。

 把蛋与饭混合翻炒，并加入适量的盐。

 Mix fired the eggs and rice, and add some salt.

 妈妈喜欢口味重点，加点酱油。

 Mum likes heavy taste, add some soy.

 再加点葱。

 More shallot.

  and some monosodium qlutamate.
