    这里是“喜马拉雅山脉”的腹地，海拔在4300-4600米之间，按理说是“生命禁区”，但是眼前所见的却是充满生命力的景象。从东面“岗巴县”“昌龙乡”“叶如藏布江”上游，至西面“定结县”“郭加乡”“康孔村”“叶如藏布江”之尾，“金龙藏布”和“叶如藏布”造就了狭长的高原湿地——“定结湿地”，虽然在“西藏”公布的十大湿地名单中，榜上无名，但是这里隐藏着许多自然风光和历史人文，尚待后人发掘。
