[IMPORTANT UPDATE - PLEASE READ : A number of people have left comments below about the poor quality of the straps and handles on B Makowsky bags and how it is impossible to get in touch with B Makowsky as there are no contact details for the company anywhere on the web. I am not in a position to comment on the quality or not of B Makowsky bags but I can state that I have found it impossible to discover any contact details for B Makowsky on the Internet. One of my readers however gave me this number - B.Makowsky customer service 1-888-927-7679 - I haven't verified it so I don't know where it goes - any further info would be appreciated. I certainly find it odd that there appears to be no way of contacting the company if there turned out to be a problem with their product, and it is very odd that on the official B Makowsky website there are no contact details at all (15 May 2010).
