秋赏垣曲中条红叶和黄河小浪底库区与沿途风光

　　小浪底水利枢纽是治理开发黄河的关键性工程，属国家“八五”重点项目，工程于1997年截流，2001年底竣工。小浪底位于河南洛阳以北40公里的黄河干流上，上距三门峡水库130公里，下距郑州花园口115公里，是黄河干流三门峡以下唯一能够取得较大库容的控制性工程。

　　小浪底水库位于穿越中条山、王屋山的晋豫黄河峡谷中，库区全长130公里，总面积278平方公里。小浪底大坝截流后，晋豫黄河峡谷与库区的柏崖山、红崖山、黄鹿山等20多个风景点及雄伟的水库大坝交相辉映，形成湖光山色、千岛星布、“高峡出平湖”的自然景观，使得小浪底水库同时成为由山水自然风光和水利工程组成的大型旅游区。

　　小浪底水库内大量的半岛、孤岛、险峰，使自然景观近有曲折蜿蜒的河湾，远有烟色浩淼的湖面。从码头登舟，击水搏浪，出入高峡平湖，观赏沿岸山水风光，尽情领略母亲河的风采，以景观上的美、幽、奇、胜、典满足人们高尚的享受和回归自然的追求，在风格上既有田园风情的古朴典雅，又有现代时尚的豪华气魄。

　　黄河三峡是小浪底与王屋山所孕育的精华，位于小浪底水库大坝上游20公里处，总面积40平方公里， 是小浪底风景区的精华所在。八里胡同位于黄河中下游最窄处，两岸断壁如削，中间河水奔涌，三条峡谷各具风采：孤山峡鬼斧神工，千切壁立；龙凤峡盘龙走蛇，曲折迂回；大峪峡开阔舒展，气象万千。特别是九蹬莲花栈，九蹬九级，次第升高，望之若莲花盛开，似出水芙蓉，号称“鲧山禹斧”。而且还有隋唐古栈道、陈谢大军黄河渡等多处丰富的文化胜迹，自然人文景点多达60 余处，是我国北方少有的山水景观，完全可以和长江三峡媲美。

　　2012年10月17日，与妻去垣曲办事，走在进山的高速路上，两边的山上一坡一坡地闪现着耀眼的红色和黄色，到后来竟是漫山红遍，曾坡尽染。哦，那就是中条的红叶，只有在深秋和初冬你才有机会看到，不由得摇下车窗拍照了起来，后来竟冒着危险下车观赏。

　　在朋友的陪同下，到县城的人民北路吃了很有特色的酸菜牛肉丝浇手工面，几道小菜也颇具特色。后去了一趟位于垣曲古城的小浪底淹没区，沿途也是通往历山的道路，两旁的垂柳在薇风着摇曳着枝条，远处起伏的山峦把蓝天衬托的愈发的更蓝，远远望去库区的水也如天色一样的湛蓝，真的成了水天一色了。走近再看，水还是那么的蓝，清澈见底，丝毫找不出黄河水的一点点颜色来，水面是那样的宁静，只有几叶小小的铁船停靠在岸边。

　　走进打鱼人的冷库，倒是大开了眼界，十几尾重约十几斤的大鲤鱼身上泛着黄光，不由你不信那就是著名的黄河大鲤鱼，库内还有小河虾和小白条，全是黄河的水养育而来的……。
