乔文安美籍华人。1944年生于上海，毕业于上海大学美术学院。他的作品多次在国内外的比赛和展览中获奖，被评为100位中国当代艺术家和文人之一。现为美国加州政府终生美术绘画教授。

乔先生擅长油画，亦画国画。他的作品清新、唯美、浪漫、写实，画面笔法细腻，色彩鲜艳明快。

他笔下的女性神态怡然、优雅高贵、风姿绰约、美若天仙。

乔先生在油画上的造诣，令人钦佩。
