I suffer in silence yet nobody knows

I dare not speak or allow feelings to show.

School is a place we should all belong.

then why do i feel something is wrong.

Words are said that ring in my ears.

actions are threatening that wscalate my fears.

My parents sense something is not quite right

yet the more they ask,I shut down tight.

Find someone you trust and take time to explain.

open up your feelings and dont refrain.

Bullying is not acceptable at work and school

take the courage to speak and keep your cool.

If we are the victims of bullying, then it is important to speak up and not suffer in silence,

By taking the courage to seek help,we have a better chance of coping ang finding a solution to the problem.
