I am looking for a flat tipped plastic nozzle to fit on a 10.1 oz./310 ML plastic EURO caulk cartridge.   Approximate dimensions are 2.5" - 3.0" length with a width of about 1" at the tip of the nozzle.  Some sample types below. 

It must be able to screw on the cartridge.  Some names for this type of nozzle are Ribbon Nozzle, Lap Joint Nozzle, Fillet Nozzle, Flat Tip Nozzle.  It could be a wav type pattern also, which could work.
