I miss the days when life was so simple

Felt like the glass was always half full

Where did that go?

最近超级喜欢听这首歌，经常在下班路上单曲重放。想着学习一下怎么唱。就记录一下吧。

最近游泳比较上瘾，练自由泳腿练出了一些成就感。教练也总是鼓励我，感觉到很开心。今天游了将近俩小时，完全沉浸在学习动作的快乐里，找到了心流的感觉，完全没有意识到时间的流逝。

慢慢集中注意力的感觉，真的很好。
