My Favourite Season 教学设计

教学目标分析

《英语课程标准》指出基础教育阶段英语课程的目标是以学生语言技能、语言知识、情感态度、学习策略和文化意识的发展为基础,培养学生英语综合语言运用能力。本节课是五年级下册的Read and Write,旨在复习巩固本单元的主要语汇的基础上,适当扩展语言,增大语言输入量。因此,我针对学生实际,将本课时的教学目标确定如下:

(一)能力目标                     

1、能够运用所学句型描述自己喜欢的季节和原因。

2、能够通过略读、跳读、精读等阅读方法获取有效信息,理解文章大意。

3、能够通过思考、小组讨论等方式回答每段的细节问题。

4、学生能根据关键词和图片复述课文。

5、能够写一篇自己喜欢的季节。

(二)知识目标

1、能够在真实的情境中运用句子:Why do you like…? Because I can…

(三)情感目标

1、通过本节课的学习,让学生感受美好季节,珍惜多彩生活。

2、注重学科之间的渗透,拓展学生的视野,了解动物冬眠的相关知识。

教学重点、难点分析

教学重点:

1.听、说、读、写本课时四会句子: Why do you like summer/winter? Because I can swim in the lake/sleep a long time.

2.能理解并能正确回答问题。学生能够利用略读、跳读、精读等方式理解文章大意。

3 .学生能分段阅读、表演,回答每段细节问题、复述课文。

教学难点:

1.通过创设真实情景, 查找关键信息,在分段阅读中让学生能够理解 sleep a long time, wake up 以及 because 引导的原因状语从句。

2 .学生能够运用所学知识写一篇自己喜欢的季节。

2、T: What’s this song about? How many seasons are there in a year? What are they?

3. T: I would like to divide you into four groups:spring, summer, fall and winter. Let’s have a competition, ok?

2. T: I know in our class xxx likes…best, because…, and xxx’s favourite season is…, because… Today we are going to talk about “My favourite season” 板书课题。

2. T: I have two friends. Who is she/he? (Zoom & Zip)Say hello to the boys and girls. Zoom& Zip: Do you want to know our favourite seasons? We will tell you in the story, Here we go.

Read the second para together.

4. Encourage Ss to ask the questions.

They can sleep a long time. (板书“sleep a long time”)

What did Zip ask?

What did Zoom answer?

T: What other animals sleep a long time in winter? (snake, bear, turtle, frog, even some insects, it is called winter sleep) Can we sleep a long time in winter?

Do they make a snowman/skate in winter? What do they do?

5. What can they do in spring? Explain “wake”

视频复习有关季节的词汇,让学生在视频中感受季节的美妙,带着问题看视频,进而引出你喜欢什么季节,师生自由交谈,自然引出本节课话题,为学生的阅读和写作打下基础。同时注重学生的主体地位,鼓励小老师提问。

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

引出学生熟悉的人物,用充满童趣的声音扮演Zoom和Zip和学生打招呼,设置悬念,他们喜欢什么季节呢? 激发学生听他们故事的欲望。播放Read and write视频,初步了解感知全文大意

 

 

让学生打开书阅读,快速提取有关信息,读完之后根据图片提问,分段阅读,解释难点。

2. This is the story about Zoom and Zip’s favorite season. Who’s he? Which season does Mr. Chang /Miss Yang like best? Why? Please guess. Who’s right? Now please talk about your favourite seasons in groups and tell your friends the reasons.

6.教学评价设计

   教育的艺术在于激励、唤醒和鼓舞,及时有效的评价方式能促进学生的发展,帮助学生建立自信心。本节课我采用多元化的评价方式。

1、A smile is worth 1000 words. 微笑是最美的语言,用微笑和爱来鼓励学生永远是最聪明最富感染力的方式。在课堂上始终以微笑来鼓励学生。

2、把评价与所教知识结合起来,本节课的话题是季节,因此在唱完歌曲后把学生分成春、夏、秋、冬四个小组,利用风筝、冰淇凌、水果、雪人这几个和季节相关的贴画来评价,小组比赛更能调动学生参与的积极性。

3. 在学习中及时给予评价,如: sounds good, Louder please, congratulations , Come on,You did a very good job.等既有激励性的评价又要有发展性的评价,做到以评价促进学生的发展。学生在分段阅读的过程中,教师根据每个学生回答问题的情况和学生特点及时给予肯定和鼓励。学生在表演的过程中其他学生也有掌声和微笑等激励性的评价, 小组在展示的时候,教师应及时给予这个团队评价,让学生感受到合作的力量是巨大的。

   在本节课的生成部分教师引导学生看图写话,教师引导学生生生之间进行互评培养学生认真听、细心发现问题的能力。
