                                                                      两者的料理方式不一样

【用料】:

 1,野生北极虾300克左右(冷冻型)提前解冻

 2,陈皮少许,蒜瓣若干,欧芹5-6根,香葱少许,姜少许

 【做法】

1,北极虾提前解冻后清洗后沥干水分

2,陈皮用清水稍微泡一下

3,欧芹,香葱,蒜瓣,姜丝切好

4,锅中先放油

5,泡好的陈皮沥干水后放入油中

6,开小火先炸香陈皮

7,冒小泡时放入沥干水分的虾

8,调成中小火,让虾身慢慢受热,由内而外至熟

9,虾身通红时即刻捞出沥干油,全程都是中小火,不用大火,保持低温

10,平底锅放少许油,放入切好的葱段,蒜瓣,姜丝

11,接着放入欧芹炒香

12,放入炸好的虾一起翻炒

13,2分钟左右拌匀后加入少许食盐调味即可盛出
