Special Difficulties
as 当…时候;因为;像…一样
grow 和 grow up
dress 
dress 表示衣服,尤其指外衣、连衣裙
eg. My sister bought a new dress yesterday. 我妹妹昨天买了一件新的连衣裙。
suit 表一套衣服,尤其指套装
a business suit 西服
eg. My brother never wears ready-made suit. 我弟弟从来不穿成衣。
costume 指服装,某个时期,某种场合中穿的衣服
eg. All the actors wore fifteenth-century costume. 所有演员都穿着15世纪的服装。
Exercise A:
1) He works as a pilot. 他是一名飞行员。
 
2) You mustn’t shout so loudly as you’ll wake up the baby.
你千万不要大声喊叫,因为你会吵醒孩子。
