如何做一次漂亮的presentation

如何把一个精彩的Presentation呈现给你的领导又或是你的客户,不仅仅是Presentation技巧的问题,更多的在于你的经验,而Presentation是我们的一个综合能力的体现。

 

思路清晰

首先,一个Presentation的核心就是思路,所以思路清晰是做Presentation的最基本的要求。一个简单明了的outline可以帮助你以及你的听众捋清思路,给听众一个清晰的脉络,给人条理性强的印象。

2. 逻辑分明

上学时,从数学,到写论文以至于到打辩论赛,逻辑无时无刻不存在我们的学习,生活以及工作中。写论文时如果你的论据不构成因果关系等又或是不足以论证你的论点,那么你假设的论点就无法被论证。同理,当我们在做一个presentation时,它就是一个关于你的论点的recommendation,那么你的presentation就要做到逻辑分明,并且你的论据要能够充分的论证你的论点,合理的数据支持当然必不可少。


3. 内容紧凑,时间把控

内容紧凑,重点突出。将重点内容穿插安排,引起听众共鸣,把控现场氛围起伏的节奏。最后注意时间的安排,不要让收场变的虎头蛇尾。


4. 语言精简,注意细节

关于细节,把Title 对齐,长度最好不超过一行的60%,字体以及大小统一,这些细节都会成为你是否能够做好一个Presentation的必要条件。并且我一直认为一个PPT的细节能代表你的Presentation的气质,从而代表你的工作态度。比如,我一直非常钟爱一个品牌的衬衫,原因是领口和袖口翻过来有底纹,所以我一直认为细节是可以打动消费者的,当然也能打动你的客户和领导。最后想说,语言要精简,slide上的文字越少,那么你可以灵活发挥的空间也就越大,从而让你更容易掌控现场。接下来给大家分享一些常用句型。

Introduce time spending of your presentation

▪ During the next ten minutes, I shall…

▪ I don’t intend to speak for longer than minutes…

▪ I know that time is short, so I intend to keep this brief.

▪ I shall only take…minutes of your time.

Introduce the structure of your presentation

▪ There are five main aspects to this topic (…the first,…the second,…a third,…another,…the final)

▪ I am going to examine these topics in the following order (…the first,…next,…after that,…finally)

Starting the presentation

Beginning a new section of the presentation

Concluding and summarising the presentation

▪ In a conclusion…

▪ I hope I have made all of you understood…

▪ I hope this give you some idea/clear idea/an outline of…

▪ Let me end by …

▪ I hope I have shown you a clear picture of…

▪ Well, that brings us to the end of the final section. Now, I’d like to summarise by …

That’s an overview of … . Now, just to summarise, let’s quickly look at the main points again.


Explaining that there will be time for questions at the end

▪ If there are any questions, I’d like to …/I’d be delighted to…

▪  I’d be glad to answer any questions at the end of my presentation.

▪  If you have any questions, please feel free to interrupt. 

▪ Please interrupt me if there is something which needs clarifying.

▪ If there are any questions you’d like to ask, please leave them until the end, when I’ll do my best to answer them.

▪ If anyone has any questions, please feel free to ask them and I’ll do my best to answer.


Dealing with (difficult) questions

▪ I’ll come back to that question later if I may.
