甜点的摆盘和拍照有什么技巧?(上)

以下是对甜点拍摄的不完全想法
I. 构图

先从最基本的构图开始说起吧
1. 三角构图
2. 垂直线构图
适用于饼干/马卡龙/小型糕点等可叠起的甜品
用手托着也会比简单的堆放在桌面上好玩多啦

或者也可以将垂直线运用到长条型蛋糕中

3. 水平线构图
可以是一字排开的甜点
也同时适用于长条的蛋糕或吐司

4. 对角线构图

对角线也可以进阶为十字

6. 棋盘式构图
松散却有序的排列可以凸显食物的多样性
也可以打破相对沉闷的构图

7. 密集式构图
当整个屏幕都被食物充满的时候
好像香气也更足了

II. 附加技巧
除了对不同的甜品进行适当的构图外
还有以下一些元素可以加入照片中
1. 突出某些甜品特有的质感
发现每个食物独特的地方

2. 留白
留白可以让视线更好的集中在甜品本身
首先可以通过餐具的摆放来制造留白

也可以是食物本身切割后的留白
缺了一角的蛋糕似乎总是比完整的蛋糕更吸引人
同时也方便看到蛋糕的剖面

或者通过将背景布置成白色
完全突出食物本身

3. 解构
将原本整齐或完整的食物进行分割和重组
就不会显得单调啦

4. 摆上原材料/辅料
在食物旁摆放制作食物所用的原材料或辅料
和食物呼应 并增加了一种随意感
同时好像也体现了亲自动手的趣味在里面

5. 加入手部的动作
尤其适用于拍那些亲手制作出来的食物
感觉拉近了和食物的距离
增加了亲切感
