职位描述：IT Systems Administrator - provides technical assistance to computer system users by answering questions or resolving computer problems. They provide assistance concerning the use of computer hardware and software including printing, installation, electronic mail, and operating systems. In addition, the administrator analyzes, designs, tests, and evaluates network systems, such as local area networks (LAN), Internet, intranet, and other systems.

职位要求：IT相关专业专科以上学历，有以下相关经验者优先。

•Able to diagnose technical issues.

•Technical awareness: ability to match resources to technical issues appropriately.

•Understanding of support tools, techniques, and how technology is used to provide IT services.

•Ability to manage and train on the use of standard office equipment, such as fax machines, scanners, copiers etc.

•Excellent written/oral communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

•Possesses superior internal customer service experience.

•Knowledge of SQL and Microsoft SQL Server

•Knowledge and experience administering Microsoft Windows servers and desktops

•Ability to work with multiple cultures and in an international business arena.

•Must be able to work in a fast paced environment where priorities change regularly
