评分标准：

　满分为15分。　阅卷标准共分五等：2分、5分、8分、11分及14分。各有标准样卷一至二份。 2分……条理不清，思路紊乱，语言支离破碎或在部分句子均有错误，且多数为严重错误。　5分……基本切题。表达思想不清楚，连贯性差。有较多的严重语言错误。　8分……基本切题。有些地方表达思想不够清楚，文字勉强连贯；语言错误相当多，其中有一些是严重错误。　11分……切题。表达思想清楚，文字连贯，但有少量语言错误。　14分……切题。表达思想清楚，文字通顺，连贯性好。基本上无语言错误，仅有个别小错误。　[注：白卷，作文与题目毫不相关，或只有几个孤立的词而无法表达思想，则给0分。]

　　 阅卷人员根据阅卷标准，对照样卷评分，若认为与某一份数（如8分）相似，即定为该分数（即8分）；若认为稍优或稍劣于该分数，即可加一分（即9分）或减一分（即7分），但不得加或减半分。

    长度计分标准:

    91～100词: 扣1分

    3.为了便于阅卷人员掌握评分标准，现将各档作文分相当于百分制的得分，列表如下，称为得分率。其中9分的得分率为60（相当于百分制的60分）。

    经原国家教委批准，四、六级考试已从1997年6月份起采用“作文最低”制计算成绩，其中足见国家对提高大学英语写作能力的重视程度。按规定，考生作文若为0分，无论其总分是否高于60分，均作不及格处理；若其作文分高于0分，低于6分，报导成绩时，需从总分中减去6分，再加上实得作文分。也就是说，要从总分中减去实得作文分与6分之间的差额部分。

    评分标准分五个档次，14分，11分、8分、5分、2分，它分两个档次，14分上可以给到15，下可以给到13，8分上可以给到9分，下可以给到7分，5分上可以给多6分，下可以给到4分，2分上可以给到3分，下可以给到1分，这就是从1到15它分了五个档次。这五个档次我们再可以分三大档，14分和11分的这算是两个合起来，叫一大档，这大档的它相同点是内容切题，文字连贯，条理清楚，这是14分和11分它的相同点，也就是说只要你达到内容切题，文字连贯，条理清楚，你就可以得到11分以上的这么一个分数。

11分和14分两个档之间区别在什么地方？在于用词上，你的用词是不是准确，所以这是一大档。下面是8分和5分这两个档可以构成一个大档，这个叫内容基本切题，注意“基本”这两个字，叫基本切题。下面分开了，8分与5分之间在条理清楚上，你写文章条理清楚不清楚，在清楚上就出现变化，8分的是条理比较清楚，5分是条理不清楚，8分和5分是内容基本切题，只要你没有完全切题就可以给你打到8分这个档，只要你内容完全切题就可以给到11分以上这个档，这是评委们的标准问题。

A letter to the University President about the Canteen Service on Campus

Dear Mr. President,

I’m very lucky to attend this world-famous university, but I’m afraid I’m not content with the canteen service on campus.

Firstly, the quality of the dishes should be improved. Undoubtedly, there are a lot of delicious dishes, but all the year, they are the same. More and more students are complaining about eating the same food each day. So I think the most urgent problem is variety.

Secondly, the price is a bit too high. Many of us hope that the canteen can provide us with not only delicious but also cheaper food.

Finally, the environment is so noisy that we can’t enjoy our meals in good mood. I suggest that there be some soft music to help us relax.

Those presented suggestions are not just of my own, but also of many other students. We hope our respectable president will pay attention to our suggestions.

By the way, the canteen workers are very patient and always smiling. So I think if our university offers them better conditions, they will offer us better service.

As one of your university students, I am not very satisfied with our canteen service.

The first reason is that there are many students coming from other places. They many be not accustomed to the local food at the beginning of the term. So our canteen should provide much more kinds of food for them to choose.

Secondly, the price of the food is higher than we can afford. I hope the price of some food can be decreased a little. Then we can have a larger choice.

In addition to above suggestions, I want to reflect that many students will have lunch after classes. At that time, the canteen will become too crowded. So we hope that you can arrange some more seats for students.

These are my suggestions of our canteen service. I really hope you can take some measures to make the canteen service better and better. Thank you very much.

I’m really sorry to occupy your spare time. As a member of all students in our university, I have some important thing about our canteen to tell you.

I think our canteen is not well enough for us. As follows: firstly, the price is too high for some of us to afford. We also find that the price of most food is higher than any other universities in our city. Moreover, though the high price, it hasn’t brougt with the good quality of the food. Could you consider that the price should be low down a little?

But, every coin has its two sides. I think the surroundings in our canteen is the best one in the city. And I know that it has been equiped with 8 TV sets since last year. This is a good way which we can get more information from.

As last, I want to give some suggestions to improve our canteen. Add some kinds of food will saticefy the more students.

Thank you for read this letter for the busy working-time. My name is LiMing. I’m in Class 4, Grade 1. When I have entered into this school, I worried about the lunch. Because the food is bad or good, it will relat our health.

In our school, the lunch is not good. I will have three parts: quantity, price, service. At first, the quantity, every time I bought the food is warm. And I think the food is not desicine. Teacher’s Day

Teaching is the most glorious and respectable career. On Teacher’s Day, I’d like to express my innermost appreciation and gratefulness to all the teachers in the world.

Teachers are the elevators of human souls. I still remember how my teachers pulled me through a critical moment. I did a bad job in the first preparation test for the college examination and I was considerably depressed. Then my teachers came to my rescue! Patiently, my English teacher analyzed the paper word by word and encouraged me to carry on. My chemistry teacher also gave me a precious gift.

He told me not to be obsessed with the test results and encouraged me to find fun in learning. Their help enabled me to survive the competition and will surely benefit me in the future.

Perhaps I’ll never have a chance to repay all that I have received from teachers. But I’ll try to be a useful person and become their pride.

   I will never forget my class teacher’s devotion and care to me. Before National Entrance Examinations, I was so nervous that I couldn’t focus on the books. I wasn’t confident about my ability.    Today is teacher’s day. I want to give best wishes to my teachers, who assist me to learn and who shape the world to me.

   I remember it was in 2001, I would have the chemistry olimpic competition for high school students. As the only one girl in my class, I didn’t have confidence to compete with my boy classmates. Mr. Wang who was my classmaster always encouraged me: “remember girls can do all things what boys can do.” Besides, he helped me with my studies. Even during the winter vacation we could do some interesting small experiments at Mr. Wang’s home. What he made us known are not only some difficult questions but also the core for science, the love for science and the courage to think and to ask questions. In breief, Mr. Wang made us enjoy science rather than work just to win the game.

     Today is Teacher’s Day. Happy Teacher’s Day, my teachers.

     In the evening, all of my classmates and I make a party for our teachers. In the party, each of us give prerent s to teachers and hope them feeling happy and healthy. Then, teachers and us play together. All of us feel very happy.

     I also remember when I was in my midschool, my English teacher help me to study English. At that time, my English is very very poor.
