常见故障处理：

(Dealing with troubles)

A．投币不计分：

1. 开关(常开、常闭)拨的档位是否正确。

2. 投币器的信号线是否连接，接线法是否正确。

3. 投币器电源插座是否接触不良。

4.投币器COIN信号以集电极开路形式输出，与之相连目标板上是否接上拉电阻。

5. 出币口过币是否通畅。

A．insert coin but no scores

1. check the direction of the switch(NO OR NC)right or not.

2. whether the signal line had been connected, if so, check the connection.

3. whether there is poor contact about the socket

4.coin sigal is output by open-collector,pls check whether the resistance(on the aimed board) had been connected..

5. pls check whether the coin can out smoothly.

B．投币器有吃币现象：

1. 调整COIN信号快慢开关。

2. 投币器币道中是否有异物，造成走币不顺畅而吃币。

3.出币口过币是否通畅。

B．eating the coins：

1. adjust the coin signal speed switch.

2. please check if there is something in the coin groove made the coin pass unsmoothly.Then eating the coin.

3. pls check whether the
coin can out smoothly.

C．投币不顺畅：

1. 调整VR旋钮：逆时针方向调紧，顺时针方向调松。

2. 调整精度开关：精准档: 选币精准但较严，代币常用正常档。

3. 样币是否夹好，换个样币试试。

4. 出币口过币是否通畅。

C．unsmoothly：

1. adjust VR knob，counterclockwise is tight, clolckwise is loose.

2. adjust the precision switch: precise side,strict selection, the replace-coin often use normal side.

3. check the sample coin whether it is in right place.

4. change another sample coin.

5. pls check whether the
coin can out smoothly.

D．不过币：

1. 投币器电源插座是否连接，是否接触不良。

2. 投币器接线是否正确。

3. 投币器币道中是否有异物。

4. 样币是否夹好。

5. 电磁铁开门条是否卡死而电磁铁吸不动。

6. 出币口过币是否通畅。

D．coin can’t pass：

1. whether there is poor contact about the socket.

2. check the line and make sure it was in right connection.

3. please check if there is something in the coin groove

4. check the sample coin whether it is in right place.

5. whether the Article door solenoid had been jammed and the electromaget can’t be back..

6. pls check whether the coin can out smoothly.

E．过假币：

1. 调整VR旋钮：逆时针方向调紧，顺时针方向调松。

2. 将调整精度开关拨到精准档。

3. 样币是否夹好。

4. 电磁铁卡死。

E．the forgery coin can pass

1. ajust the VR button,the counterclockwise side is slack ,the clockwise side is strict.

2.push the dip switch into precise.

3. check the sample coin whether it is in right place.

4. whether the
Article door solenoid had been jammed and the electromaget can’t be back..

F．无响声：

1. 投币器电源插座是否没有连接，是否接触不良。

2. 接线是否正确。

F.Soundless:

1. whether there is poor contact about the socket.

2. check the line and make sure it was in right connection.

G．响很多声：

1. 投币器币道中是否有异物。

2. 投币器电源插座是否接触不良。

G．Sound several times：

1. please check if there is something in the coin groove

2. whether there is poor contact about the socket.
