Subject:  Professor Sun XiaoWei is cheating on  doing full-time job in TianJin University as  Dean of College of Science

 

Dear Mr NG Geok Ing,

 

I am writing to you to report that Professor Sun Xiaowei of your faculty is cheating on NTU for his full-time job as the Dean of College of Science of Tianjin University, China. As a full-time professor of NTU, he meantime was hired full-time as a Tianjin’s Excellent-One-Thousand Overseas Scholar in China from 2009.

 

How can a person does two full-time jobs across two countries? - only way is Cheating.

 

He used his holidays and some other excuses like overseas cooperation to go back to China to do his faked full-time job in Tianjin –this is a corrupted case as he was paid  about US$250000 for his first year work in Tianjin University. The job he is doing in China is supposed to be a full-time executive  job  but he only stays there for 2-3 months yet gets full-year payment. That is the results of corruption with chinese local  officers. I am questioning  whether  his oversea income was reported to Singapore Tax Office or not.
