Thank you for your informative speech today. For I have met toastmaster for almost two and a half years, so generally I understand every word you said.

I think you are really a great speaker for the following reasons,

First, you have a very clear purpose and know your audience need very well， you pointed out the importance of the leadership and communication skills by many interactive questions between you and the audience, like raise a children or ask others a favor for you.

Secondly, you connect the leadership and the four aims of making a speech(to  inform, entertain, persuade, inspire) naturally, which bridged the importance of the CC menu.

Last but not the least, the skills of your speech is great. Namely, making a comparison between deliver a speech and play a talk show, using  shooting a movie as a metaphor for accomplish the CC menu, so vivid and easy to understand for a rookie. 

If there is something I think you can work on to improve, from my personal perspective, the opening part ,” whether or not you  believe this system ?”, is not that necessary, for it may distract the attention of the audience and lower the authority of your speech, especially when time is limited.J
