的用法

Question:
as表示“正如”的意思时,引导方式状语从句,且从句缺少成分。那为什么just as引导的是完整的句子?
关于题设问题的例句:
As we all know, China has the largest population in the world.
这里as引导的是方式状语从句,且从句缺少宾语。
2.Just as America's conservative movement in the 1960s had capitalized on the yearning for a postliberal retreat to morality and nobility, China's classical revival drew on a nostalgic image of what it meant to be Chinese. (在阅读材料时发现的句子)
这里just as引导的是什么从句? 如果也是方式状语从句,为什么这里的从句并没有缺少宾语。
我在网上找到了一种说法,说是有 (just) as... , so... 的用法,可以引导完整的句子,可是这里也没有so啊。
alexcwlin comments:
1.
Sentence: “As we all know, China has the largest population in
the world”.
In this case, the Dependent Adverbial Clause “we all
know” introduced by the Subordinating Conjunction “as” is a
complete Clause.
It is not deficient of an Object 宾语.
Check your dictionary; “know” can be a Transitive Verb (which needs
an Object) or an Intransitive Verb (which doesn’t need an
Object).
Here “know” obviously is an Intransitive Verb which doesn’t need an
Object.
2.
Sentence: “Just as America's conservative movement in the 1960s
had capitalized on the yearning for a postliberal retreat to
morality and nobility, China's classical revival drew on a
nostalgic image of what it meant to be Chinese.”
In this case, "just as" is a Subordinating Conjunction
which joins the Dependent Clause ("America's conservative
movement...") to the Independent Clause ("China's classical revival
drew…").
The Dependent Clause is an Adjectival Clause which modifies the
Subject Noun Phrase "China's classical revival" in the Main
Clause.
You said: “为什么这里的从句并没有缺少宾语?”
Just so that you know, there is no Object宾语 in this
Dependent Clause as well.
You probably mistake “the yearning” as the Object of the Verb “had
capitalized”.
“The yearning” is Object of the Preposition “on” in the
Prepositional Adverbial Clause “on the yearning” modifying the
Intransitive Verb “had capitalized”
So, be careful about that.
