Situation:
Approximately 10 days ago, Adam was stunned one morning to find out his 2018 Civic SI was stolen right from our driveway.

Apparently, car thieves are getting very high-tech nowadays. They have gadgets which can detect the electronic code to open the door and start a keyless car. That could be done either by intercepting the code when you send the signal from your key, or simply get it straight from the car.
(很明显，偷车贼现在越来越高科技了。他们有小装置，可以检测电子代码，打开车门，启动无钥匙汽车。这可以通过在您从密钥发送信号时拦截代码来实现，也可以通过直接从汽车获取信号来做到)

Fortunately we purchased Replacement Insurance, which means Adam is getting a brand new 2020 Civic SI (which he intends to buy) at no cost to us if the stolen car is not recovered within 2 weeks or so.

Attached please find the following:

1. Completed Valuation form;

2. Copy of sales invoice of the stolen Civic SI;

3. Recent service invoice indicating the mileage on the SI was 15,263 Km; and
4. A list of personal items in the stolen car which totaled $797.76.

Please let me know what additional information you need to complete the claim.

I understand you would need a price quote of the replacement vehicle from Action Honda (which we plan to purchase), and if so, let me know and I will get it for you.

Also once the cheque is ready, please advise us of the place and name of contact we can pick it up personally. My son Adam is eager to get his car to get around. 

I also understand that the leased car will expire 3 days after the claim is settled and the money is paid. Please advise when that would be.
