a.       How did you do in your last exam?

b.      What were your grades in your (final/mid-term) exams?

c.       Exams were very tough when I was a student and I only had mediocre grades. By the way, how did you score in your recent tests?

2.      学习目标是learning target吗？

a.       Do you have a plan to (up/bring up/raise/boost/bump up) your marks by a few (grades/notches)?

b.      Do you plan to improve your marks a bit, and if so, how do you propose to do it?
