1. Mary's
husband,
2. A month
has passed since May 14,
3. The
fact that it was held on a driving route commanding a view of the
Grossglockner at an elevation of 3,798
meters,
Mary's
husband,

It's called "apposition", and I think in Chinese it's called “同位名词”。
The third sentence should be written a bit differently and it
would be fine.
"The fact that it was held on a driving route commanding a view of
the Grossglockner, the highest mountain in Austria at an elevation
of 3,798 meters, attracted the interest of users."
