Colorful modern customs of Christmas are Christmas music and Christmas tree, an exchange of Christmas gifts. This year, children in Nursery begin to do preparation for Christmas as early as the beginning of November. Teacher Shavon plays the songs for Christmas as back music when children were playing with toys. Then we repeat to practice singing while we do carpet time. It is really amazing that you sometimes hear someone is humming. When news came that we are going to take pictures with Santa, the children are so exciting and they were eager to do that, but some just hold back when Santa open his arms to give a big and warm hug. No wonder it is the first time for Nursery to spend a happy time with Santa. Maybe next year some of them could pull Santa’s neck beard off.

In my point of view, making Santa with moveable arms and legs was the most interesting moment. Parents together with our children spend an amazing afternoon. It must be an unforgettable time because adults seem like going back to the childhood. They laugh and talk with their children and all are proud of the works they do as a team.

Christmas concert and making gingerbread boy also included in our Christmas theme. Teachers received secret gifts from unknown fellows. We do feel a little tired but with more happiness.
