1.将苹果纵切成3等份,1个半弧型做身体,1个做蟹脚,中间有果心的做螯。
2.将要做蟹螯的苹果心切除,从2/3处垂直切一刀。
3.剩余两边弧型苹果块,将一端削去一小片。
4.用小刀切去中间苹果肉,呈稍弯的八字形。
5.选较大的边,用2刀切出小V形做螯。
6.做为蟹脚的苹果,先对切,再由较小的边开始各切成4份,共8份。
7.蟹脚排好后,放上身体,再将插了牙签的黑豆做为眼睛。
. TIPS:由于苹果容易氧化,切开后要先浸泡柠檬汁,才不会让螃蟹变的「黑嬷嬷」。

1、将木瓜洗净,用小刀先浅浅的画出齿状。
2、用小刀在画好的齿痕上划透,完整的划一圈,掰开。
3、如图切去木瓜的根部,为了摆放平稳。

芒果的切法(巧切芒果)

1、 先把芒果洗干净然后立着放在案板上,即让果核与案板呈垂直状,然后以果核为中心,在果核右边切一刀,芒果被分为两部分(见图1)
2、 按照同样的切法在果核的左边切一刀,芒果被分为三部分了(见图2)
3、 取芒果的左右两边果肉,在果肉上划格子,但是注意不要切到皮(见图3)每次中间的果核就当场被我消灭掉:)
4、 把划好格子的芒果拿在手上,手指抵住芒果皮往上顶,这样芒果就被翻成一朵花的样子了,装盘端上桌吧!

芒果的切法(巧切芒果)

1、 先把芒果洗干净然后立着放在案板上,即让果核与案板呈垂直状,然后以果核为中心,在果核右边切一刀,芒果被分为两部分(见图1)
2、 按照同样的切法在果核的左边切一刀,芒果被分为三部分了(见图2)
3、 取芒果的左右两边果肉,在果肉上划格子,但是注意不要切到皮(见图3)每次中间的果核就当场被我消灭掉:)
4、 把划好格子的芒果拿在手上,手指抵住芒果皮往上顶,这样芒果就被翻成一朵花的样子了,装盘端上桌吧!
