1,主祷文
“Our Father in heaven,
——Matthew 6:9–13
hallowed be your name.
Your kingdom come,
your will be done,
on earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread,
and forgive us our debts,
as we also have forgiven our debtors.
And lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from evil.”
我们在天上的父，愿人都尊祢的名为圣，愿祢的国降临，愿祢的旨意行在地上，如同行在天上。
我们日用的饮食，今日赐给我们，免我们的债，如同我们免了人的债，不叫我们遇见试探，救我们脱离凶恶，
因为国度、权柄、荣耀，全是祢的，直到永远。阿们！
2，宁静祷文
“God, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot
change,
The courage to change the things I can,
And the wisdom to know the difference.”
亲爱的上帝，请赐给我雅量平静的接受不可改变的事，赐给我勇气去改变应该改变的事，并赐给我智慧去分辨什么是可以改变的，什么是不可以改变的。
3，“God grant me the ability to make it through
the day good or bad. The strength to overcome all obstacles and to
appreciate life to the fullest.”
亲爱的上帝，赐予我能力度过好或坏的每一天，赐予我力量克服所有的障碍去充分地欣赏人生。
4，“Dear Jesus, you are LOVE. You
are HOLY. You are PERFECT. You
are BEAUTIFUL. You are MERCIFUL.
You are SAVIOR. You are LIGHT. You
are LIFE. You are HUMBLE. You
are RISEN. You are PHYSICIAN. You
are ALL POWERFUL. You are
COMING BACK. You are EVERYTHING. You
are a BEST FRIEND IN TIME OF NEED.
Amen! ”
5，“Dear Jesus, I thank You for this day.I thank You for my
being able to see and to hear this morning.
I'm blessed because You are
a forgiving God and
an understanding God. You have
done so much for me and You keep
on blessing me. Forgive me this
day for everything I have done, said or
thought that was not pleasing to You.
Amen!”
